Forever Fit Sweden is me, Helene Ahlson, my knowledge and my many years of experience in the industry. I work with human health and well-being at multiple levels.
It
can be anything from helping a person to find a physical and mental
balance in his/her stressful daily life, to coach contestants fitness
athletes at the elite level or support personal trainers who want to
advance in their careers.
